Dispatch Time ⏱️

We prepare the orders to ship on Tuesday and Friday mornings each week. If your order is urgent, please let us know in the ‘Comments’ field of your order and we’ll try meet your requirements.

We have partnered with Mondial Relay as our preferred shipping partner. All Mondial Relay deliveries are tracked and you will receive email notifications to keep you advised on progress. In our experience, Mondial Relay deliveries to both Delivery Points and Home (where available) are more reliable than other postal services. For Mondial Relay home deliveries, the delivery to your door is performed by a local carrier – eg: bpost in Belgium, PostNL in Netherlands and Hermes in Germany. We recommend that you choose delivery via Mondial Relay if available for your location. To make things easy, we have now integrated the Mondial Relay Delivery Point Picker directly in the checkout flow of our store. Smooth! 😎
