This extra-long (83cm) wrap is filled with natural millet grains, allowing it to contour perfectly to your neck, shoulders, spine, and joints. It provides a unique, flexible form of hot or cold relief, ideal for deep muscle soreness and stiffness.

Warm use:

• Microwave: 2.5 minutes at 750W
• Oven: 10-12 minutes at 80°C
• Radiator or towel warmer: until comfortably warm

Tip: Ensure the wrap is evenly distributed in the microwave. Always test the temperature before applying to the body.

Cold use:

• Freezer: 45-60 minutes inside a freezer bag (we recommend the Flaxie Freeze)
