Soothe aches in style with our Organic Flaxseed Heating Pad in Zoumba - Brick fabric. Filled with organic flaxseeds and wrapped in a soft, Oeko-Tex certified cotton cover, it offers gentle warmth or refreshing coolness—perfect for relaxing muscles, easing pain, or simply winding down.

Warm use:

• Microwave: 2 minutes at 750W
• Oven: 8-10 minutes at 80°C or 3-5 minutes at 100°C
• Radiator or towel warmer: until comfortably warm

Tip: Place a glass of water in the microwave alongside the pad. Always test the temperature before applying to the body.

Cold use:

• Freezer: 30-45 minutes inside a freezer bag (we recommend the Flaxie Freeze)
