Discover our collection of organic flaxseed heating pads, designed for natural hot and cold relief. Each pad is filled with locally grown flaxseeds and features a soft, washable cotton cover certified Oeko-Tex.

Use warm to soothe muscle tension, menstrual cramps, or chilly nights—or cold to reduce swelling, calm irritated skin, and cool down in summer. A gentle, reusable solution for everyday comfort.

Available in a variety of beautiful fabric patterns to suit every style. Crafted with care in Belgium using eco-friendly materials.

Warm use:

• Microwave: 2 minutes at 750W
• Oven: 8-10 minutes at 80°C or 3-5 minutes at 100°C
• Radiator or towel warmer: until comfortably warm

Tip: Place a glass of water in the microwave alongside the pad. Always test the temperature before applying to the body.

Cold use:

• Freezer: 30-45 minutes inside a freezer bag (we recommend the Flaxie Freeze)

Cold use helps reduce swelling, soothe irritated skin, and cool down during hot weather.

• Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
